Achieve zero waste compliance.

A full AMC covering infrastructure, operations, digital tracking and resident education to meet SWM 2026 mandates, with official Zero Waste Green Certificates.

The SWM 2026 mandate

Bulk Waste Generators, the clock is ticking.

Under SWM 2026, Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs), which include apartments, campuses and offices, must implement source segregation and maintain digital records of their waste streams.

Reclaim Era provides turnkey compliance: we design, build, operate, and document your entire waste system, so audits become a formality instead of a fire drill.

What certification gets you

  • Official Zero Waste Green Certificate for BWG compliance
  • Audit-ready daily logs and weighbridge documentation
  • BWG registration support with authorities
  • Quarterly audits and resident engagement reports

5-step implementation

From baseline to certified, step by step.

1

Step 1: Baseline Audit

Assessment & Strategy

We analyze your campus apartment's existing waste practices, quantify daily generation, and map out the exact infrastructural and operational adjustments required for source segregation.

2

Step 2: Training & Stakeholder Awareness

Enablement & Onboarding

We educate campus occupants on zero-waste living while conducting hands-on training for operational staff and dedicated volunteer champions on daily segregation procedures.

3

Step 3: Recovery & Recycling Operations

Logistics & Offtake

Segregated waste is collected and sent for composting, recycling, or safe disposal.

4

Step 4: Periodic Monitoring & Reporting

Quality Assurance

Through routine reporting by ground staff and active monitoring by designated leads, we track compliance and refine operations to keep the program running seamlessly.

5

Step 5: Zero Waste Certification

Accreditation

Upon maintaining successful compliance for 12 consecutive months, we formally certify your campus as an accredited zero-waste campus.
